The Massacre Pursuit Race

This pursuit event was originally named as it fell around the time of the "St Valentines Day Massacre" but in later years, the name "Massacre" probably was more apt due the the general conditions in March as well as what has been "high retirements" in some seasons. 

But being Bala, previous years have given really great manageable sailing conditions with a great range of boats taking part in this 2 to 3 hours pursuit race.
