Gwyniad (Easter) Regatta
With around 3 sq miles of lake to play with, 21 in place marks, a committee boat, lots of big inflatable marks, experienced RCOs and Safety Boats teams, a fun club room, an amazing galley team and a fully stocked bar, you would be wise to put a Bala SC Regatta on one of your "must do's".
Our muti-day regattas normally have 3 handicap races each day and it is not uncommon to have fleets descend on us as either part of their traveller series or just as an informal get together. Our Race Officers know the fleets and the behaviours well and aim to put on good starts to maximise the excitement but minimise crowding.
As long as the boat under 25 ft and has a PY, we aim to accommodate you in our regattas. If you have something a bit exotic and want to check just get in touch.
It is always good to book on early as camping sites in the area fill up quickly. If you are waiting to see the wind forecast you could miss out on an amazing weekend!
Please note that by buying a ticket for the event you consent to your name and boat name to be published on the page. If you do not wish to consent you are welcome to enter the event on the day.
