Sunday Duty Volunteer briefing documents
If you have landed on this page, chances are you are one of the kind volunteers who has been given a nudge by Steve Connor (our Duty Roster Manager), to remind you that you have duties coming up.
There's a new format to club racing for the 2026 season and attached are the key documents that we would ask you to read and be familiar with prior to doing duty, but a few key headlines below.
Race Officer:
- Club racing starts at 11:00 on Sunday, race order as follows:
- 60 or 80 minute pursuit race
- Lunch
- 2 races back to back
- All 3 races are included in the series, but the pursuit race is also for the Championship helm

Safety Boat:
- Cover is from 10:30 until 16:00 (boat on the water) unless stood down by the race officer and there are no club members present by lunchtime
- Please ensure that no members require safety cover before bringing the safety boats in.
