Cruising

Cruising at Bala is a very friendly affair, and seems to be on the up at the moment. We have a keen group of Cruising enthusiasts that are nearly always sailing at the club during the weekend, and sometimes midweek too.

The cruising aspect of the club is represented on the Committee by a fleet representative, which for 2026 is Alan Williams. If you have any matters you would like to get raised, please do not hesitate to get in contact with him.

For 2026 the cruiser members are planning a regular set of activities, the best way to keep in touch with this is to join the Cruisers Whatapp group.

The Cruising fleet tend to keep their boats on mooring at the club, but there is also space for trailer sailors to park on the foreshore.
