We have a very exciting training program set out for 2026 with our RYA based Learn to Sail calendar now published.

If you are an adult, wishing to get out on the water in a safe and controlled manner, our RYA Lvl 1/2 Learn to Sail courses are the perfect way. 

Imagine parking up on a Saturday Morning with little or no sailing experience and over 4 full day sessions, at the end of it you have the confidence to rig, launch and sail a dinghy single handed on the amazing shore line of Llyn Tegid! 

Capsizing is a natural part of small boat sailing and part of your tuition will be how to recover the boat when this happens. Our training takes place in small groups with instructors present and a full time safety boat in the water as well.

As part of your course fee, we also provide club membership for the year, access to a renewal discount the following year AND access to club loan boats to quickly get you out on the water once qualified whilst you look to buy the type of boat that suits you.

Our instructors are all RYA qualified and we run the courses in line with the RYA syllabus giving you a recognised qualification at the end of it.

Our May course runs over 4 consecutive Saturdays whilst out July course runs over two consecutive weekends. You must attend all dates to complete your training.
